  • That’s not a problem.

    No prior experience is required.

    You don’t need to know how to meditate.
    You just need to be open.

    I’ll guide the process.

  • Sessions are approximately 60 minutes.

    You’ll be lying down and relaxed while I guide the work remotely.

    Experiences vary.
    Some people notice warmth or emotional release.
    Others simply feel calm and steady.

    There’s no right way to experience it.

  • Integration is part of the process.

    There is built-in space within the 7-week container to allow for a slower week if needed; particularly between Sessions 2 and 3.

    If something comes up, we adjust within the container’s timeframe.

    The work remains steady, even when the pace shifts.

  • If you want it even more minimal:

    Your meditations are delivered as private audio links via email.

    Each one is either custom-created or selected from my library to support your current phase of work.

  • You’ll receive weekly check-ins (up to 30 minutes), along with voice or text message support throughout the 7-week container.

    You can ask questions, share what’s surfacing, or request grounding support when needed.

    You’ll also have access to the private community space.

Jessica Is a Master Energy Healer, Meditation guide, and mother of two who understands the weight of being the steady one.

Her work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t need to be forceful or dramatic to be effective.

Blending intuitive energy work with nervous system care, she creates space for people to soften back into themselves when life feels overwhelming and loud.

Energetically speaking, her blueprint is curious and deeply intuitive. A Gemini Sun, Scorpio Moon, Aries Rising, and Generator (2/4), she’s naturally responsive and built for meaningful connection.

That rhythm shapes how she holds space: listening first, moving when alignment is present, and never rushing what’s unfolding.
