I’m a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Master Transpersonal Crystal Healing® Practitioner, and Meditation Teacher—with more on the way (I’m forever learning and evolving).
But more than my titles, I’m a mom of two, a space holder for the overwhelmed and soul-tired, and someone who deeply believes that healing doesn’t have to be heavy—it just has to be honest.

My Story
I used to be just like you…
overwhelmed, carrying too much, and craving something deeper than surface-level self-care. Over a decade ago, Reiki cracked something open in me. What started as a personal healing journey soon became a calling. I never expected to move from fashion into the healing arts—but the clarity I found during those early sessions changed everything.
Today, I’m a Master Energy Healing Practitioner, certified in Reiki, Master Transpersonal Crystal Healing® Practitioner, and Meditation Teacher.
My work blends intuitive energy healing with practical nervous system support to help you reconnect—body, mind, and soul. Whether you're here to exhale, release, or rise, I offer a space where your healing gets to be personal, powerful, and honest.
